it still rings true

I first posted this sign about a year and a half ago in April 2021. The sign is gone (I don’t know why they removed it) but the message still rings true.

Happy Saturday from the meadows of the the Hudson Valley, New York!
Early September is a great time for weather in the Hudson Valley. It still is warm out, but typically you won’t need air conditioning to deal with the August humidity. So you can leave the windows open and feel the cool, late Summer breezes! Or just take a nice walk through the many natural spaces our Valley has to offer!
Enjoy! It only lasts so long!

It’s time to thank members of the nation’s most-trusted profession.
National Nurse’s week goes from May 6 through May 12, which was the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.
Gallup Polling has consistently named nursing as the most-trusted profession in its ratings of honesty and ethical standards in professions. Nurses made Gallup’s annual ranking for the 20th straight year in January 2022.
