I love taking rides upstate New York to visit my brother and his wife in Cornwall, NY. Many people around the world don’t realize that New York is a fairly large state and once you get outside the cities, it is mostly rural, with many beautiful spots, perfect for a nature lover like me! This is from a trip we took on New Year’s Eve, a shot along the banks of the Hudson River, just a bit north of West Point. If you gaze downstream, West Point would be just around the last bend.
