The Blue Vase, one of the iconic vase paintings by French artist Paul Cezanne, an artist who has influenced all following generations.
I once owned a marvelous framed copy of this painting, a large print behind glass, which I carried around with me during some economically difficult times. I would look at it every day, just stand in front of it, and let it fill my spirit with some hope and beauty.
Eventually, life got better, I left it behind, for the next weary traveler! I hope it is still out there, inspiring someone the way it inspired me!
