Passion burns deeply within these souls
embraces become so brief so precious

Ardor burns brightly by night
and fades into the morning’s dawn

Tomorrow does not exist
in this land of chaos and sorrow

fractured and quizzical
blue skies and flaming passions
broken promises and lost dreams
we celebrate all
eternal,  forgiving
steadfast and life giving
it is all we have
it is all we can lose
it is all that will be left
