Do What Is Right, Martin Luther King Day

This is another one of my favorite Martin Luther King sayings. It is subtle, elegant, to the point, and undeniable.

If you live long enough you surely will discover the truth of these words. Even in cases where you may have good reasons to hate, an unjust treatment, for example, that hatred will ultimately do more harm to you than any sense of emotional satisfaction you may try to get through hatred.

Dr. King embraced these words, and led by example, and for that he paid with his life.

Today we honor, commemorate, and celebrate that life.

This is one of my favorite Martin Luther King sayings and he has so many good ones. It is simple, elegant, to the point, and irrefutable.

It is truly a great guidepost for our lives and how we should always try to treat other people.

Dr. King tried to embrace these words, and lead by example, and for that he paid with his life.

Today we honor, commemorate, and celebrate that life.
