Warning: Especially for those in the gig economy (like me), the US is now hiring over 80,000 IRS agents to hunt down hard working Americans. Make no mistake about it, this new law is directed at independents, self-employed contractors, small businesses, members of the gig economy, etc, who love their independent life, and often put in many hours for modest amounts of financial reward. There is absolutely no economic need for this vast expansion of the IRS.

I first learned this phrase when I was very young, probably around 5 or 6 years old. I must say, unfortunately, I have not always lived up to it. But I can also say, I have never forgotten it.

It is high past time to free Brittney Griner, the United States Women’s Basketball star, from the war criminals in Russia. Clearly she was arrested to serve as a hostage. The war criminals in Russia were very well aware they were going to invade Ukraine well before they actually illegally crossed the border and invaded.

I am shocked and disappointed that the Biden administration has said very little about this situation and urge them to act immediately. They should know by now that everything that comes from the war criminals in Russia is sheer propaganda and should never be believed.
