The City Of Paris (La Ciudad Paris) was painted in 1912 by Ukrainian born artist, Alexandra Exter (1882-1949).
Her paintings often reflect the different styles prevalent at the time, Art Deco, Futurism, Constructivism, Art Nouveau. She also became quite well known as a stage and set designer, particularly in Paris and Moscow.

A wonderful artist, alive and productive during a very exciting time in the visual arts. Someone who, in my opinion, deserves more recognition.
